Responce Renewable Energy Ltd, is a part of Responce Group founded by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Daga promoter of Responce Securities Pvt Ltd, a part of Responce Group and also a member of National Stock Exchange, India ( NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE) and Multi Commodity Exchange ( MCX), India and Mr. Laxmipat Sekhani of Nemlaxmi Books Pvt. Ltd, manufacturer and exporter of “Genius” brand of paper stationary products. RREL has its registered office at Subol Dutt Building, 13 Brabourne Road, Kolkata-700001, India.

RREL was incorporated in 2007 to setup a PV Solar Power Plant. The company proposes to set up a 25 MW solar PC Power plant in Bihar.The site enjoys comparative advantage because of its strategic location as it has abundant solar irradiation, water, proximity to power deficit villages and availability of transmission lines laid by Bihar State Electricity Board.

Promoter Details :

Mr. Pratik Sekhani, is a graduate from St. Xavier’s College in B.Sc. Economics Honors. Post that he worked as a proprietary trader with Futures First and then secured a Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2016 and he also Completed CFA Level II. He worked as Senior Analyst at A.T. Kearney, a global leader in Management Consulting firm. Now He has started his own organisation M/s. Responce Renewable Energy Ltd. From June 2018.

Mr. Laxmipat Sekhani, the co promoter of RREL and the owner of Nemlaxmi Books (India)Pvt. Ltd.( Since 1992), manufacturer and exporter of “Genius” brand of paper stationery products having production units at Surat, Gujarat. Nemlaxmi Books (India) Pvt. Ltd, went for automation, installing E.C.H WILL machines making paper stationery products which is exported to 25 countries under the brand ‘Genius’ with an annual turnover of over Rs. 35 Crs. Apart from this Mr Sekhani has controlling stake in several types of similar production facilities across the country in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Sivakasi - employing over 500 people. He is also managing units of paper / Foils / packaging materials, etc, under M/s Arihant Foils Pvt Ltd & M/s New Bharat Agencies at Delhi.
